  19. Installing CyberPress
  20. QuarkXPress 3.32 or later must be installed on the Macintosh in order for proper installation of CyberPress.

  22. 1.  Restart the computer with Extensions off, except for Apple CD-ROM if installing from a CD-ROM version.
  23. 2.  Run the installer on the CyberPress disk by double-clicking on the installer icon.

  25. Registering CyberPress
  26. 1.  Launch QuarkXPress
  27. 2. When requested, enter the CyberPress serial number that came with your product.
  28. 3.  Please register using one of the built-in electronic registration methods. If you do not have a modem, fax/modem, or printer, you may fill out the registration card in the back of the manual.

  30. What Is Installed
  31. The CyberPress installer installs the following items on your computer:

  33. CyberPress - In the QuarkXPress:XTensions folder
  34. CyberPress Prefs - In the System Folder:Preferences folder

  36. Technical Notes
  37. CyberPress will not import items from Master Pages. When viewing a Master Page the CyberPress palette will automatically close. The palette can be re-opened when the view is returned to a Document Page. Additionally, CyberPress will not automatically import Master Page Items from Document Pages. However, you can import these items manually.
